Do you answer calls live? Do the receptionists speak fluent English?

Yes and Yes!

Our live Receptionists are highly trained with at least 2 years of luxury service experience. All are based in the US.

You may add-on live + On-Demand Support to our Monthly Virtual Assistant Plans as desired.

Do you offer text messaging services?

Yes! If you have a landline, toll-free number, or use a VoIP software like Ring Central or Open Phone, we can provide LIVE text message answering on your behalf. The pricing is the same as our Voice Reception pricing - each 2-way conversation is billed the same way as a call.

How do you receive my business' calls?

Everyday you'll follow two easy steps to manage your service!

1. Dial *72 + forwarding number to begin transferring calls to us.

2. Dial *73 at anytime to stop forwarding your calls to us.

You can also program your phone's IVR menu to forward calls our way.

How do I get started?

It's easy! Subscribe to a Plan here: Plans + Pricing - you can begin service as soon as tomorrow with our Express Onboarding Add-On.

You can enjoy the 1st month of all Plans with 200 or fewer Monthly Calls with no commitment (requests to edit or cancel your Plan must be made prior to 7 days before your Billing Date). Future renewals will require a 3-month minimum commitment.

Can I forward just overflow calls when my receptionist doesn't pick up the phone or is already on the line?

Yes!

Many business landline phones offer the option to use *90 and *92 starred codes, you can customize your call forwarding preferences even further. Many of our clients already have in-house receptionists, but are simply looking for additional back-up support during peak hours.
