A Minimum of 2 Years of Luxury In-Person Experience Required.

We have strict hiring requirements - we exclusively hire Receptionists who have front-desk or managerial experience in beauty & personal care industries. Our Medspa Receptionists are REQUIRED to have in-person Medspa experience - about 71% have direct experience as a Medspa provider. 



We Work in Small Cohorts to Better Serve Your Business.

Most Call Centers transmits incoming calls to any Receptionist on staff - we choose to limit your calls to a small team of approximately 5 receptionists to ensure that they are well acclimated to your unique business workflow.

Our Receptionists are Highly Educated and Well-Trained.

We have an intensive 4-Week Training Schedule to bring our Receptionists up to speed - during that time, all work is overseen by a Trainer who monitors their screen in real-time for accuracy. We regularly perform QC checks on our receptionists, especially as it pertains to scheduling. Over 88% of our Receptionists have completed at least some college coursework.


They're Highly-Compensated: $25-40 per Hour.

Rest assured knowing that your Receptionists are adequately motivated to perform their best work. We offer the highest pay-rates in the industry, in addition to ample opportunities for bonuses. 

Where are your Receptionists located?

We are proud to be 100% US-Based. Almost all of our Receptionists work from our Boston Call Center - we prefer in-person work to maximize call quality. Some of our most senior Account Managers and Lead Receptionists work remotely from HIPAA-compliant secure workstations with noise-cancelling software for your caller's ease of hearing.

Can I train my Receptionists? How will you know how to answer my calls?

Absolutely - when you subscribe to our service, you'll have the option to complete an Intake Questionnaire - this form contains all of the relevant items we would need to answer all of your calls. 


If you have upcoming specials, promotions, or other marketing initiatives, you can instantly update the receptionists by submitting a Form within the Client Portal. If you prefer to communicate via phone call, you will also be able to contact the member of our Business Solutions Team who assisted you during your Plan selection process. They are generally available for quick chats throughout the day, but for an extensive meeting you'll be able to arrange a time for a phone call.

How do I communicate with my Receptionists?

You can ask questions RE messages you received by replying directly to the message. If you have major updates to your business workflow, you can complete the appropriate form within our Client Portal - we'll ensure that your Receptionists are brought up to speed and follow-up on any issues.
