Our receptionists are all based within the US, meaning they are very familiar with North American beauty protocol and product lines. We NEVER use foreign-based Receptionists. 

Just FYI, we require our Receptionists to have at least 2 years of professional industry experience within their respective industries. Fun fact: over 100% of our VAs have a bachelor's degree!

Upon subscription, you'll complete an Intake Questionnaire that will provide enough information for us to professionally support your business. Our receptionists are industry-experienced and highly trained in the provision of white-glove service, so you can save yourself the trouble of providing additional scripts or training.

However, we do not recommend getting a Plan that is too small, as we can only commit to nurturing the number of leads you pre-paid for. If our internal volume is high, there is a chance that we may have to limit our service to your pre-paid lead volume.

We can work with any online booking system. If you want to add on the Direct Scheduling Add-On, we can only work with software that does NOT require us to log-in with a username + password.
